Computer Centre with internet facility, Pulsed Laser Deposition systems, Thin Film Coating Unit, Spin coater, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Fluorescence spectrometer, Nd-YAG laser, Positron life time Spectrometer, Electrochemical work station, Powder X-ray Diffractometer, Atomic Force Microscopy, Electrometer, Source measure unit, Impedance Analyzer, Universal Testing Machine, Spectroscopic Ellipsometer, Current-voltage measurement system, and Radiation Detection systems.

Research Facility with National recognition: Microtron Centre

The available equipment at the Centre are Keithely Source Measurement Unit with trigger controller, Simultaneous DSC/TGA, Electrophoresis Unit, Impedance Analyzer, Incubator, Research Microscope with Imaging Software, HPGe detector with accessories, Photo Fission Chamber and Spectrofluorometer & so on.
